Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist provides advanced technical support for cloud-native and containerized solutions, resolving complex issues across GPON, SDAN, and related domains. The role demands strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Linux and cloud platforms, and a collaborative mindset to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You have:

2–4 Years of Industry Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in relevant technical roles.Programming Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and Java.Cloud Platform Experience: Practical exposure to AWS, Azure, GKE, or RedHat OpenShift.Linux Expertise: Solid experience working in Linux environments.Containerization & Orchestration: Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker/containerd for microservices deployment and management.Technical Troubleshooting & Communication: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical issues and solutions.

It would be nice if you also had:

Nokia FN Product Knowledge: Familiarity with SDAN, Home WiFi, or related Nokia solutions.Open-Source Tools Exposure: Basic understanding of tools like Keycloak, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
 Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues raised by customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high performance across Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with internal tiered support teams and external vendors to expedite issue resolution.Maintain accurate and detailed case records in the support system, providing timely updates and follow-ups to customers.Apply established processes, tools, and documentation standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.Continuously update knowledge on new products and releases and accurately track time spent on tasks.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
