We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to become an integral part of a small, collaborative team. In this role, you'll support daily office operations and provide outstanding service to customers by managing orders, inquiries, and shipping logistics. Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assisting customers with inquiries or order processingEnter and process new orders from customersTrack and monitor return and exchange authorizationsCoordinate outgoing shipments with carriersAssist follow up on claims for lost or damaged packages with carriersRequirements:
