Customer Support Representative
Description This role supports a cutting-edge diagnostic technology used in the detection of sleep apnea and related respiratory conditions. As a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative, you’ll assist patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams by troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through device setup, and answering service-related questions. You will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and are expected to deliver a high level of service with accuracy, patience, and professionalism. This is a hybrid position that requires strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
