Corteva has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Support Representative** to join our company in this remote role.
The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional technical support, communicate effectively across teams, contribute to product improvement and ensure seamless experience for customers utilizing the company’s software products.

This role is 100% remote anywhere in the US.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Resolve software issues via phone, email, or chat
+ Log and escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution.
+ Provide product training to enhance customer understanding.
+ Respond promptly to inquiries and drive to resolution, for escalated issues follow up to ensure issue resolution.
+ Maintain constant communication on defects between your assigned domain leads, including Product Manager and Engineering Lead.
+ Contribute customer feedback for product enhancement.
+ Identify and communicate potential issue trends to leadership and relevant teams.
+ Stay updated on new releases and features, including participation in pilot and beta releases
+ Develop training material and troubleshooting procedures for support personnel and end-users, for your assigned domain area
**Education:**
+ You have a high school diploma/GED.

+ Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex technical issues and conflicts effectively.

+ Technical Understanding: Deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry tools.

This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
