Reviewing and managing Customer Care Associate (CCA) timecards and payrollRunning and analyzing various reports to support daily team operationsBooking CCA travel, travel invoice retrieval and reconciliationManage team accounts and expenses; monthly credit card reconciliationAssisting with onboarding tasks for new CCAsVendor research, booking, and invoice reconciliationCreating and updating Salesforce records as neededAssisting with expense reports and invoice approvalsPerforming departmental analysis and reportingSupporting the team and management in daily activities and tasksJumping into time-sensitive projects wherever and whenever neededShowing flexibility and a willingness to learnTreating internal and external customers like gold!QualificationsGot the skills and experience? At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $16.10 - $20.91 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
