YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will add value to customer satisfaction by solving issues, making informed decisions, negotiating, and reaching optimized agreements that prioritize customer care.
In your daily job, you will:
Receive complaints from CS customers and follow up on the CS CSE complaint trackerCommunicate customer complaints to the supplying DCS plants through QSYSEnsure timely uploading of complaints to QSYS Coordinate containment actions with CS customers.Request CS plants to analyze suspicious or defective partsRequest CS plants to provide root cause analysis and corrective actions for customersFollow up on Quality Alerts when suspicious material is shipped to customersCommunicate daily with plant repair, Quality, and production teams (OEM)YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar3+ years’ experience in Customer ServiceExperience in the automotive industry (preferred) Proficient English levelValid passport Availability to travel (2 weeks in Honduras and 2 weeks in Nicaragua)Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Negotiation skillsKnowledge of quality systems. Knowledge of specific customer requirements.Problem SolvingWHY JOIN US?
