Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunication, computers, automotive, broadband communications and consumer electronics. We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers with quality concerns and will play a key role in managing and resolving inquiries through cross-functional collaboration. This position is essential in maintaining our commitment to high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. \n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nServe as the initial point of contact for customer quality concerns.\nCreate, process, and track Quality Assurance Inquiries in our internal system from submission to resolution.\nCollaborate with internal departments across Coilcraft to resolve customer issues.\nDraft and deliver 8D reports based on failure analysis and corrective actions from manufacturing plants.\nCoordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credits.\nAssemble and route contract review documentation.\nAct as a resource for other departments and locations.\nSupport management with quality-related tasks as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nStrong computer proficiency and ability to work with databases and reporting tools.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nSound judgment and decision-making skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\n\n
