Due to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Poznań) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Customer Support Apprentice
Poznań
Your responsibilities:
Support the Warranty team in organizational tasks. Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation using MS Office programs. Help track and update warranty-related content with accuracy and accountability.
Our requirements:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficient in MS Office Programs (especially Excel and SharePoint). Experience in Power Platform Tools – but not necessary. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
