Vapor Ricon Europe, part of the Wabtec Group of Companies, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of access products to all sectors of the transportation industry and has been for over 30 years.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 08:30am to 16:30pm – Can be flexible

How will you make a difference?

We are seeking a part-time Customer Support and Aftersales Administrator to serve as a key point of contact for both employees and external vendors. This role is for 24 hours per week, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday—days, however, some flexibility is possible.

What you will be doing…

Handle general sales and spare parts enquiries via email and phoneCreate and manage orders in Oracle, including stock checks, delivery confirmations, and customer documentationOrganise operational documents, such as pick notesAllocate jobs to team members and service partnersVerify service agent invoices and maintain control spreadsheetsManage incoming phone calls and route them appropriatelyLiaise with external suppliers when neededRespond to client queries through various channels (email, phone, in-person)Provide administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations

What do we want to know about you?

Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar roleHands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)Familiarity with office equipmentSolid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritise tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skills
