What you’ll be doing in this position:

 

Be the voice of SumUp — the first point of contact for our merchants, helping them resolve a wide range of technical and account-related issues Provide proactive, solution-oriented support by understanding our customers' challenges and guiding them through effective resolutions Deliver exceptional service to our Spanish and Portuguese-speaking merchants across various channels, including phone, email, and chat Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and optimizing processes to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering and Product, to escalate issues, share feedback, and improve our services

 

 

 

You’ll be great for this position if you have:

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese; proficient in English Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-first mindset A technical orientation and troubleshooting mindset is a strong plus Previous experience in a customer-facing role (support, service, or similar) is preferred Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
