Customer Supply Manager

Customer Supply Manager is accountable for the end to end management of Customer purchase orders including pre-sales support, customer order management and delivery execution.

She/He coordinates activities and communication to make sure key stakeholders are informed of critical tasks and actions driven to meet commitments to our customers.
 

You have

0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations processes Able to manage complex businesses ensuring communication with all key stakeholders Strong focus on Customer satisfaction and good business understandingAble to manage activities under pressure and critical deadlinesGood communication

 

As part of our team, you will:

Be accountable for validation and registration of Customer POs (Sales mode, ERP, OM team)Manage Customer orders from order intake till invoicing including procurement, delivery and invoicing in full compliance with SOX and Nokia processes Coordinate deliverables from Order Management, Supply Chain and Transportation teamManage hardware delivery issues in collaboration with Supply Chain and Customer teamBuild a strong network with local NI team to understand the delivery challenges ahead and provide support in timeDevelop and drive continuous improvement/automation and digitalization initiatives
