Join us to create a career worth celebrating! **About the Role** As a key interface between Commercial, Customer Service, and 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partners, the Customer Supply Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering day-to-day excellence in customer service and satisfaction. This role is central to driving service standards in line with our ambition to be a Top 3 CPG company. Responsible for managing the end-to-end replenishment process for both promotional and non-promotional reworked products, this role ensures that consumer and customer objectives are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Additionally, the role oversees the allocation of limited time offer products, ensuring the fair and accurate distribution of agreed quantities to customers while maintaining high service levels. Acting as a vital link between Diageo’s demand side and our 3PL providers, this role ensures seamless coordination and execution across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities** + Monitor service at an operational level, owning Customer Service and Out-of-Stock metrics to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction. + Secure and enhance end-to-end service by jointly driving the process improvement agenda together with 3PL partners and the Customer Service team. + Act as the key operational partner and point of contact for Commercial teams (e.g. KAMs) on behalf of the Supply Chain function, and interface between Customer Service, logistics, and 3PL—defining clear roles, responsibilities, and ways of working. + Closely cooperate with Demand Planners to ensure optimal product availability and timely replenishment. + Develop and manage effective relationships with 3rd party logistics providers to support product availability on reworked SKUs and nurture operational excellence. + Plan and schedule reworks with 3PL, taking into account demand volatility, lead times, repacking capacity, and inventory targets, while supporting the development of vendor capacity and competence. + Become the key contact for reworks for Marketing, Planning, Customer Service, and 3PL teams, ensuring meaningful cross-functional coordination and timely execution. + Own and manage the product allocation process for limited time offers, being the key link between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Planning to ensure fair distribution and high service levels. **About You** + 2 years’ experience in Planning/ Logistics/ Operations or related areas + Familiarity with supply chain processes: planning, replenishment, MTO, manufacturing, materials, and service supply + Knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling + Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels + Good understanding of market and customer requirements **Our offer** + A fantastic company culture that puts employees and their development first + A competitive salary with bonus and many benefits + A great parental leave policy + …and of course, THE best colleagues!
