Description We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Florida. This is an in-person, ongoing contract position that offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their skills in customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a background slightly above entry-level. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls from insured clients using DialPad and efficiently route them to the appropriate adjuster using company systems. • Handle light accounting tasks, including accounts payable and billing responsibilities. • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates across relevant systems. • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email correspondence. • Utilize Microsoft Office and NetSuite software for administrative and accounting tasks, with training provided as needed. • Collaborate with team members to address connectivity issues and ensure smooth communication. • Assist in maintaining organized workflows and support team operations as necessary. • Ensure compliance with company policies while delivering high-quality service. Requirements • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach. • Basic understanding of customer service principles, including call center operations. • Ability to navigate multiple browser windows and manage digital tools effectively. • Familiarity with email correspondence and maintaining organized communication. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus but not required. • High level of trustworthiness, with all candidates required to undergo a screening process. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. • Availability to work permanently on-site during standard business hours with a one-hour lunch break.
