Customer Success Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering strong customer relationships, promoting our core values, and ensuring seamless communication across sales and customer service functions. Responsibilities: • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, actively promoting the company’s vision, mission, and values. • Provide proactive aftersales and warranty support, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate customer account details in CRM software and coordinate with Account Managers. • Process sales orders, create order acknowledgments, and issue pro-forma invoices as needed. • Collaborate with production teams to manage lead times, monitor open orders, and communicate delivery updates to customers. • Record and manage customer feedback, escalating complaints to appropriate departments when necessary. • Administer warranty processes, including maintaining databases and timely updates. • Support shipment logistics by assisting with shipping documentation and organizing deliveries to meet customer expectations. • Assist in maintaining stock levels and conducting inventory checks alongside the Warehouse Coordinator. • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed service to customers. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as NetSuite, and familiarity with other computer programs. • Experience working with tools like Avaya CMS, Epic Software, and ADP for financial services. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage inbound calls and assist customers effectively. • Demonstrated ability to handle billing functions and manage benefit processes. • Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, including stock maintenance and shipment documentation. • Proven ability to escalate concerns and resolve customer complaints efficiently. • Knowledge of despatch and shipping processes, with a focus on meeting customer expectations. • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, and warehouse teams.
