From triaging and replying directly to inbound client requests; to working with the engineering, order entry and production teams to ensure a smooth and successful client experience. Great opportunity to join a dynamic, diverse, driven, engineering team with a growth mindset! _Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies: _ Provide tier 1 quotations and technical documentation, escalating to tier 2 Applications Engineer or Order Administrator where necessary. Triage inbound client requests. Act as tier 1 phone support for inbound calls, escalating to tier 2 Applications Engineer or Order Administrator where necessary. Provide proactive client support to ensure success from quote to order. **Skills & Experience** _The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:_ College level Degree preferred or HS Degree and related work experience. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Focus on Customer Success. Requires attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new processes required. Process Improvement Experience.
