Siemens' Electrification & Automation (EA) unit's Utility Systems & Solutions division is dedicated to expanding and advancing EA's Utility and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Solar Developer markets. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes medium voltage switchgear (AIS & GIS), outdoor circuit breakers, MV control, power equipment centers, overhead distribution products, low voltage motor control centers, photovoltaic (PV) inverters, and supplementary MV and LV products. These solutions are integrated into complete electrical packaged systems for utility distribution networks, substations, power plants, and renewable energy initiatives.

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative. This position can be remote.

Role Description:

The Regional Customer Success Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting our Account Team with new and existing business while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position leverages salesforce.com to manage customer interactions, monitor key metrics, and implement engagement strategies that drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunities and Orders:

Monitor pipeline and orders, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness. Assist with updates as required to maintain accurate records. Review customer portals for RFQ activities and bid submissions

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Track cases, shipments, field service activities, projects and other activities to ensure on-time performance. Engage with relevant departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Regional Account Management:

Update account assignments to ensure clarity regarding team support roles. Maintain detailed account records to outline key programs and targets. Build and sustain strong relationships with customers in your designated region. Address region-specific customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Engage with customers to provide an additional layer of regional support, when called upon.

Sales Enablement:

Oversee data collection and reporting in Salesforce.com to support programs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives. Assist with Monthly or Quarterly reviews, maintaining or gathering data from Salesforce or Tableau. Onboarding and Training: Manage the sales process and guide your regional teams through onboarding and continued training when necessary.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize Salesforce and Tableau to manage customer data, monitor satisfaction metrics, and generate insightful reports. Deliver detailed analyses to inform strategic decisions and highlight improvement opportunities.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or technical degree. 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, warranty, or inside sales preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis. (~10%)

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong experience using Salesforce.com standard objects, reports and dashboards Tenacity to overcome obstacles and drive success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills to identify customer issues and develop effective solutions. A customer-first mindset Solid understanding of business metrics and the ability to identify growth opportunities that align with customer success and company objectives. Familiarity with the Power Utility market, customers and products Proactive mindset Highly extroverted, with strong communication skills Ability to empathize with customer perspectives and deliver tailored solutions.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
