Engage customers to activate their initial adoption, promote retention and loyalty. Partner with customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, and coordinate activities with the Account Team by building out a joint outcome based plan, and drive a mutual understanding of IT-Architecture and business value. Deliver expertise with digital transformation, and advise on technical and business architectures. Orchestrate success resources across SAP and customers leveraging assets of the SAP BTP engagement model. Analyze customer’s technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers. Provide recommendations and prepare the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP strategy and roadmap. Work with colleagues from a broad variety of groups such as Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management groups, Support, Services, Partners, etc. Fulfill a customer’s premium subscription services. **Education and Occupational Experience:** Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. **Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:** **Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:** + Software Engineering, Requirement Gathering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Technical Customer Engagement & Proactive Support Services; + Creating technical specifications & development tasks; + Designing and developing dashboards, reports, stories, Adhoc-queries using analytical products SAP SAC, SAP Business Objects, SAP Crystal Reports, SAP HANA and SQL; + Software architecture, design, and development both for On-Premise and Cloud solutions; + Data Modeling, Database Designing, Data Migration, Database Objects Creation and Performance Tuning; and + Driving use case development, via Design Thinking or equivalent methodology. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 - $205,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
