2+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, Project Management, or Customer Success. Great English communication skills (B2+- C1) Advanced Oral English, Experience working in the IT industry, or related Saas model knowledge A customer-centric mindset, outstanding communication skills, and keen attention to detail. Organization, resourcefulness, and collaboration skills.
