Customer\nSuccess Manager - Software

We have an\nopportunity for a Customer Success Manager - Software to join us at\nHoneywell, where you will work to ensure our BMS\npartner’s journey from purchase to deployment is smooth and well managed. You\nwill also monitor partner health and establish a cadence of partner\ninteractions that ensure each partner is receiving maximum value from\nHoneywell. As the role mainly interacts with the BMS channel partners, the role\ncould more aptly be named a Partner Success Manager (PSM).

Ideal candidates should be comfortable\nwith customer contact, up-selling/cross-selling, communicating with executives\nand being able to confidently manage accounts to success. This position works\nclosely with a team consisting of Development, Offering Management, Sales\nAccount Executives and Customer Support Managers. Every interaction (e.g. onboarding,\nsupport, in-app product interaction) with the partners is an opportunity to\ncreate an advocate and generate high-quality leads.

This is a remote role, with around 25 –\n50% travel within Europe.

Key\nResponsibilities

Manage partner relationships to retain and renew SaaS revenue, focusing on up-selling and maintaining a deep understanding of product features for specific business needs.Oversee the entire partner lifecycle, from pre-sales and onboarding to monitoring account usage and addressing churn risks.Collaborate with CSM teams to develop documentation for onboarding and training, while providing technical support and feedback to Product and Development teams.Continuously improve engagement processes, ensuring value for partners and supporting sales efforts for renewals and lead capture.Conduct quarterly account reviews and work with marketing on surveys and case studies to enhance partner relationships and gather feedback.

Key\nSkills and Qualifications

Extensive account management\n experience in a successful software-oriented company, highlighting a\n strong focus on partner success.Proven expertise in managing\n complex deployment and usage projects, with adaptability in handling both\n large and small partners.Excellent organizational,\n analytical, and project management skills, along with strong verbal and\n written communication abilities.Ability to listen and coordinate\n effectively with partners and technical teams to address concerns and find\n suitable solutions.Educational background includes a\n Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent\n experience, with a commitment to driving partner success in collaboration\n with field teams.
