We are currently hiring a Lead CSA / Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Success Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of new and existing accounts utilizing Cvent’s Vendor Sourcing tool – Reposite; driving adoption, sourcing volume, and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, onboarding, and client services to ensure each customer is supported, successful, and generating measurable adoption and RFPs. In This Role, You Will: Manage and grow a book of planner accounts, with a focus on increasing sourcing volume, engagement, and bookings Identify opportunities within your accounts, including areas of sourcing improvement, product feedback, and consultative ideas on how to utilize Reposite to the fullest. Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert, helping clients discover new use cases and make Reposite a vendor sourcing tool. Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure a smooth training and implementation experience for new users within your accounts Track and report on key metrics including RFP volume, sourced categories, supplier bookings, and usage trends Actively engage with power users to build loyalty and ensure sustained adoption Collaborate with Reposite’s Planner Account Managers and supplier-side / marketplace health teams to drive win rates and close feedback loops Coordinate with the broader Cvent sales and success ecosystem to deliver integrated client value Develop joint success plans to drive adoption and utilization against contracted commitments in relation to sourcing. This includes adoption strategies at the account and user level to drive RFP adoption Represent Reposite and Cvent with professionalism, product expertise, and a service-first mindset Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional industry working experience strongly preferred. 3-5+ years in a customer-facing AND/OR role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales) Experience in the meetings & events industry, event tech, or SaaS highly preferred Strong relationship-building, with both internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with Salesforce & Microsoft Office suite of tools Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Prior use of products such as Salesforce.com, Gainsight and Zoom a plus Ability to travel up to 15% Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment Passion for helping clients succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving Bonus: Experience working with meeting planners, DMOs, DMCs, or venues Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
