Their award-winning platform integrates directly with Excel, helping CFOs and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) teams automate manual processes, unlock data insights, and make faster strategic decisions.

What You'll Be Doing
Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and FP&A leaders, guiding them through onboarding and adoption. Optimise client workflows - analyse financial models and recommend smarter ways of working. Build long-term relationships, ensuring renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. Work with forward-thinking finance teams at leading North American companies. This is a strategic role—closer to consultancy than support. Managing an existing portfolio of 10 to 20 accounts.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2+ years in Customer Success role (ideally SaaS/finance-related). Finance or accounting background - either through your career or education i.e. ou speak the language of senior finance leaders. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, complex modeling). Excellent communication & relationship-building skills. Comfortable with senior stakeholder engagement & commercial conversations. What's in it for You?
