Minimum requirements:
Develop and manage onboarding journeys using the new CRM tool, guiding key customer segments through best practices to maximise value Conduct customer health checks and satisfaction reviews, and create user training manuals Leverage CRM data to identify trends, churn risks, and upsell opportunities, and implement automated lifecycle programs Drive CRM optimization by defining enhancements and maintaining journey documentation Champion internal adoption and training Track success metrics and deliver executive dashboards and reports using CRM insights.
