**Overview**
As the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be tasked with training, developing, and supervising the inside sales Field Sales Support and Client Success staff covering our customers and sales team throughout the US. Your knowledge of the products and services offered will be used to assist your team members on the acquisition of new customers.

You will direct your team in facilitating the support of the field sales teams in the sales process from initial quote to final delivery of products ensuring that all entitlements are activated. You will also implement and manage the ongoing Customer Journey communications to maintain high customer satisfaction.
**Key Accountabilities** :
+ Training and coaching of Field Support Specialists and Customer Success Specialists
+ Provide product knowledge, structured processes, and call feedback
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical processes and product understanding
+ CRM Management - Updating opportunity sales stages, revenue amounts, bills of material and close dates
+ Implement quantifiable metrics to measure and communicate daily performance to the team
+ Managing the line of communication between the end users and our sales teams focusing on the Customer Journey process to make sure entitlements are activated and providing feedback to the field sales teams on issues and add on opportunities.
+ Continue to work with your own team to assist the sales team in growing sales and increasing alignment between the mobility sales organization and main office resources.
The CSM will report to the Director, Business Operations. The role will be responsible for approximately 10-15 direct reports.
**Qualifications**
**Education & Experience** **:**
+ 5 to 7 years of inside sales experience is required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
+ Previous management experience is a plus
+ Outside sales experience is a plus
+ Knowledge of the electronic security system industry is a plus
+ Experience with a CRM in a sales environment is a must
+ Experience with the Microsoft Office suite is a plus
**Problem Solving** **:**
+ Experience in managing customer problems and seeing the problem through to resolution
+ Experience in managing internal conflict between employees
+ Ability to carry the company vision and strategy and incorporate said strategy into daily activities and actions
**Communications** :
+ Must possess exceptional verbal skills and be able to use these skills for effective communication with employees, customers and senior management
+ Must possess strong written skills and be able to communicate effectively in an electronic format
**Other Requirements** **:**
+ Work environment is office business casual, no physical requirements, 5% travel

**The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.**

$100,000 - $120,000 Plus Bonus REQ-151990
