Business Job Title: Customer Success Manager, Digital Science – MEA

Responsibility for the development of Digital Science software and services business across the assigned territory managing and developing existing customer accounts and driving growth via new customer satisfaction. The account responsibility may be for one or several, strategic or key accounts, as well as developing accounts. This position carries a sales quota for a specific geographic area.
Responsibilities:
Develop existing Digital Science accounts growing the software, services and support portfolioSuccessfully present our solutions for new business across the territoryProactively meet with customers throughout the region on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfactionManage existing partner in the assigned territory and identify new partnerEnsure implementation schedules and support activities are aligned with commitments to customers and to managementBuild commitment and closure at each stage of the sales, service and support processConduct, where applicable, quarterly account reviews and updates the account plans on a regular basis to reflect progress and market changesMaintain and update a list of prospects along side the Account ManagerQualify potential opportunities early in the sales cycle and manage the pipeline to ensure that opportunities are pursued in a timely way and revenue expectations are metCollaborate with other groups within Thermo to implement appropriate strategies to address business opportunities and overcome obstaclesRequirements:
Proven software sales and technical experience preferably at enterprise level within a scientific domainFluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written) is mandatory, other European languages is a plusScientific, Business Administration or IT degree - preferredAccount Planning & Customer Management BackgroundExperience in cooperating with local channel partnersAbility to drive new business development activities as well as to negotiate and close sales contractsWillingness to travel 50% - 75%At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 75,000 extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
