Join PRGX as anImplementation Engineer, where you’ll guide new clients through onboarding and ensure they receive prompt, high-quality technical support. You’ll troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and collaborate across teams—playing a critical role in delighting our customers. What You’ll Do + Support & Troubleshoot Resolve client issues quickly via email and chat—diagnosing problems and offering clear, actionable solutions. + Document & Share Build and maintain a robust knowledge base of issues and resolutions—helping both our team and clients. + Onboard New Clients Set up environments, configure software to client specs, and import data with precision. + Collaborate and Improve Work with Engineering, Product, and IT to enhance support workflows and tools.
