Customer Success Digital Platform Trainer

As a Digital Platform Trainer at McGraw Hill, you will play a critical role in the post-sales success of our digital education platforms across Latin America & Spain. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll ensure our customers have the knowledge and support they need to maximize the value of their subscriptions. Your work will be essential to enhancing user satisfaction, engagement, and retention. How can you make an impact? As a Digital Platform Trainer, you’ll be the go-to expert for onboarding of our customers on how to use McGraw Hill’s digital platforms effectively. You’ll deliver in-person and virtual trainings, troubleshoot user challenges, and work alongside the sales team to ensure customers are fully onboarded and engaged. With a data-driven approach, you’ll monitor product usage, identify at-risk accounts, and proactively develop strategies to increase adoption. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to enhance our offerings and provide feedback that influences future product development. This is a Hybrid position and is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within Mexico. You’ll report directly to the Customer Success Manager and work from our Santa Fe, Mexico City office (hybrid role). This role requires regular travel across Mexico and International. What you will be doing: Deliver tailored digital platform trainings—both online and onsite—to educators, administrators, and institutional clients. Provide ongoing support post-sale, ensuring clients are comfortable, engaged, and deriving value from their subscriptions. Analyze user data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies to improve adoption and satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Sales to support customer renewals and upsells, and assist during conferences and product demos. Respond promptly and professionally to user queries, including technical authentication issues, platform navigation, and training needs. Develop training documentation, videos, and best-practice guides in both Spanish and English. What can you bring to the role? 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success and Data Analytics in a customer-facing role. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Proven experience delivering training or educational sessions—either in corporate, healthcare, or academic settings. Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel, including throughout LATAM and occasionally to Spain or other countries. Preferred but not required: Background in Health Sciences or experience in medical/technical environments.
