Customer Success Agent
Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Agent to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers experience exceptional service and value from our offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving customer issues and delivering personalized, efficient solutions that create lasting relationships. Responsibilities: • Serve as a dedicated advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met with urgency and professionalism. • Manage a daily target of 85 calls, providing consistent and high-quality support. • Personalize customer interactions to minimize effort and enhance the overall experience. • Independently assess and resolve customer concerns with timely and effective solutions. • Troubleshoot technical issues using available self-help tools and resources. • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to provide informed assistance. • Collaborate across departments to address inquiries and achieve one-call resolutions. • Utilize data entry and Microsoft Office tools to document and track customer interactions effectively. • Deliver elite customer experiences by exhibiting adaptability and problem-solving skills. • Continuously strive for improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. • Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound calls in a fast-paced setting. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel. • Effective typing and data entry skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with call center metrics and operations. • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and provide tailored solutions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities.
