Seasonal Customer Success Administrative Coordinator Location: EF Panama Start Date: October 6, 2025 Department: Customer Success  At EF, we’re passionate about opening the world through education. This seasonal, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to build experience in international operations, team support, and customer service, all behind the scenes. Role Overview: As a Customer Success Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a key support role, ensuring our Customer Success Specialists (CSS) have the tools and resources they need to deliver an exceptional experience to our EF Group Leaders. You’ll take ownership of operational and administrative tasks, such as managing rooming assignments, updating materials, and coordinating logistics across multiple systems. This is a great role for someone organized, detail-oriented, and energized by teamwork. Responsibilities: Provide back-end administrative support to our Customer Success team Own and update materials for both internal and external use Perform audits on rooming assignments, roommate pairings, and group logistics Track and report on tour readiness tasks in Excel and EF systems Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely updates Support administrative tasks as needed prior to and during peak travel season Maintain strong documentation and follow-up processes to ensure smooth handoffs Adaptive approach, ready and willing to take on new projects, as new business needs arise After demonstrated success in admin tasks, individuals may be provided with the opportunity to engage with customers via our online chat tool You Are: Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with calm efficiency A strong communicator (written and verbal in both English and Spanish) Comfortable working behind the scenes to support a high-performing customer facing team Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and tools A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Comfortable learning new systems and workflows quickly Based in Panama and available to work full-time October through March Ability to work hybrid schedule 4 days in office, 1 day working from home (after onboarding). Why You’ll Love Working at EF Panama: Join an amazing team of passionate individuals from across the globe. Hybrid Model – up to one day working from home per week after completion of initial training period. Worldclass office facilities that include parking, in-house gym, coffee station, and collaboration spaces. Seasonal and monthly office events including Holiday parties, Summer Party, and Mix & Mingles. EF Product Discounts (discounts on travel, international language schools, childcare with our Au Pair product and more).   Discounts at local venues and businesses.        Ready to join a mission-driven team and make a difference behind the scenes?
