Purpose of the role

You will lead the strategy development for our B2B businesses, covering the fleet business and Dealer channel across the ANZ region. This role is critical to shaping our customer experience and driving commercial growth through the delivery of strategic initiatives. The role also is responsible for customer offer development and implementation, including the delivery of digital initiatives. You will work with a wide group of stakeholders from across multiple functions, as well as external partners and vendors.

Key Accountabilities

Lead the development of the 3-year roadmap and capex plan for the B2B business

Develop and implement the strategy for the Fleet business and Dealer partner businesses

Manage commercial partnerships and vendor relationships, including contract oversight and performance tracking.

Responsible for budget planning and management.

Design and deliver market leading customer offers and programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, legal, sales, finance, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of customer offers and initiatives.

Contribute to strategic planning and innovation efforts across bp’s customer portfolio.

Essential Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in customer strategy, product strategy or customer offer development.

Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities. Organized and attention to detail.

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. Comfortable engaging stakeholders across all levels of seniority.

Established financial acumen and budget management ability.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Experience working with and managing external suppliers and stakeholders.

Clear examples of leadership, either direct or indirect.

Strong ability to adapt. Comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, engineering or similar.

7+ years of experience across strategy development, project management and vendor/partner relationships
