**Customer Specification Coordinator**
The Customer Specification Coordinator is responsible for tactical execution of the customer specification management process across all regions based on the strategy established by the Global Quality Leaders and the Molykote and Liveo business. The role will provide guidance for all supporting functions on the execution of the customer specification process. This role will report to the Molykote and Liveo Quality Architecture Leader and will initially focus on specifications for Molykote and Liveo brand product.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Primary point of contact for customers for new and required updates to customer specifications and other customer specific documents.
+ Coordinates the internal review of the documents and works with the business and the customer to agree to the final version of the specification that will be agreed to.
+ Coordinate and lead pre-planning calls to review new customer spec requests, determine priority level, identify key roles, and assign and/or conduct investigative actions.
+ Ensures all agreed to customer specifications are accurately captured in all operating systems.
+ Ensure customer specifications are agreed to in a timely fashion.
+ Once a specification has been agreed to follow up with Account Managers to further validate with customer the specification is meeting the customers’ needs.
+ Subject matter expert for SAP customer specification management. Responsible for SAP changes, including maintaining system configuration and data table updates. Provide troubleshooting support as needed to ensure accurate execution of the customer specification work process. Provide functional testing for execution of customer specification work process. Provide training as needed to the quality architecture team.
+ Transfer customer spec data across systems as needed.
+ Contribute metrics and analysis as requested by various functions in the business.
+ Key contact for training new members of Liveo and Molykote on the customer specification process steps as needed.
+ Participate in quality circles where appropriate, representing the voice of the customer.
+ Leverage best practices and share improvement ideas among Liveo and Molykote Quality Leaders.
**Qualifications** **:**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 2+ years of Liveo and/or Molykote business experience strongly preferred
+ Proficiency in SAP Quality Management
+ Experience with negotiation and management of customer requests
+ Attention to detail
+ Strong communication skills
+ Business and functional knowledge
+ Personal initiative and leadership
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and drive to build highly collaborative relationships
+ Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
+ Effective prioritization skills
+ Experience with Change Management Tool (CMT) system and work process
+ Able to work independently
