We are looking for candidates with a strong background in customer service, coupled with a positive attitude and customer centric ethos!

You will be available to work on rotating roster from 6am –10pm (Monday - Sunday), predominately shift starts in the afternoons

What you’ll do

As a key member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for –

Deliver exceptional customer service

Raise & dispatch service requests on our Defence contract

Provide accurate and detailed data into Work Management System

Manage competing priorities 

Contribute to the success of our business!

You will have 

Must be an Australian Citizen to work on Defence site

Customer service or contact centre experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to navigate through systems and follow process

Above all, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and desire to provide high quality outcomes for our customers.

Training will be provided at our Gallipoli Barrack, successful candidates will be expected to attend before falling into hired roster pattern.
