Job Description

Your Mission:

Account management role underpinned with strong customer service-led valuesBe the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customersAssist customers via a range of channels including email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetingsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholdersResponsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to continually improve service, as well as maintain high customer satisfactionRegularly update personal knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, attending in person and virtual training and embracing available learning platformsMonitor and analyse customer's usage of our productsProcessing customer ordersAdd customer value by demonstrating our company principlesWork in conjunction with key internal departments such as our sales team, supply chain and product managers on a daily basis, to achieve customer sales and service goalsUndertaking courageous conversations and managing customer expectations

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

Minimum of 3 years experience within a customer account management role, preferably in a manufacturing industryAbility to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneouslyPersonal driveCreativity and innovationEntrepreneurial spiritStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganisational skills and good attention to detail

Permanent - Full Time
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Salary: £Competetive (Experience dependent)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Hybrid)

Representative to join our UK Customer Service team in our Label Packaging business
(label.averydennison.com) in Cramlington (UK) with a direct reporting line to our
Customer Service Team Leader.
