✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nTo lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors, as a 21st Century Leader\nBuilding strong relationships across the team, suppliers, delivery locations and customers\nCarrying out basic HR tasks such as probation and performance reviews, 1:1's and back to work meetings\nAnalysing and creating reports from data - reporting and presenting this to the Senior Team and Customer\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nHave had at least 12-18 months in customer service experience - ideally management\n Exemplary customer service and customer management experience is essential\n An excellent communicator with a tenacious character\nAnalytical with a great attention to detail, ideally will have experience with reporting and presenting data\n Excellent IT Skills - proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as Teams, Outlook and Excel\n\n
