Position Summary|:

Specifically, position maintains working relationships with internal teams such as Professional Services, Logistics, Sales.Thorough understanding of operations, policies, and customer contract specifics that are used to resolve customer problems. Continuous improvement.Ability to quickly determine next steps in problem, resolution process, involving the necessary internal parties and timely updating the customer on the progress.Serving as a point of contact for the Latam team to review processes or tools. Works as “team trainer” for new developments or tools.Working directly with Executive Director in Finance and HR topics.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Economic, Math or relatedKnowledge in PythonProficient English Level (both verbal and written) mandatoryKnowledge of Tableau, Power BI, (mandatory), Grafana or relatedKnowledge in data base SQL or NoSQL1-2 years of experience in analytical/customer services role.
