We're now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services team and play a key role in delivering seamless admin support, accurate order processing, and exceptional service for our Life Sciences clients.

\n

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\n\n

Accurately processing manual orders and generate invoices/credits

\n\n\n

Managing customer queries using DHL and client systems

\n\n\n

Producing regular and ad hoc reports for internal and customer use

\n\n\n

Performing general administrative tasks and support team operations

\n\n\n

Maintaining accurate records to support Customer Service KPIs

\n\n\n

\n

Customer service experience (essential)

Experience in logistics (desirable)

Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
