Job Description
Day to day:
The Customer Service Technician ensures homeowner satisfaction by addressing post-closing warranty requests. This includes performing repairs or coordinating subcontractors to complete the work, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and resolve homeowner warranty issues
- Perform basic home repairs (carpentry, drywall, texture, painting)
- Schedule and oversee subcontractor work
- Ensure repairs meet quality and compliance standards
- Follow up with homeowners to confirm satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and process invoices
- Support warranty operations and handle additional tasks as needed

Skills and Requirements
Must haves:
- High school or GED equal
- Experience in a construction/homebuilding related industry
- Proficient in MS Office and mobile apps
- Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding conditions Plusses:
- Bachelor's degree in any field null
