Job DescriptionMajor Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations:
Mastering our customers’ standard operating procedures (SOP).Understand department process flow and look for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.Collaborating with managementMonitoring shipments in transit (Outbound Workflow, etc.) daily to ensure the following:Data integrity for events and references (APR, APT/XDD, RDL, SHI, SHR, etc.) are updated properly.Customers shipments are delivering per KPI’s, RDL’s and SOP’sExceptions are managed and resolved immediately.Communicate effectively and timely with customers, Expeditor’s offices worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and in person.Status Reports sent out daily to customers.Delays are notated with reasons for the delay.Escalation of problems to Management when necessary.Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride. Always meet compliance to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.Culture:
