DHL Global Forwarding – Madagascar has an opening for a Customer Service Trainee where you will provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for customer service programs and activities to provide best in class services to the customers and enhance customer satisfaction in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

 

In this Customer Service Trainee position

  You will administer customer service programs and activities under direct supervision. You will provide support for routine and standard customer service tasks and activities to provide superior services and enhance customer satisfaction. You will administer simple customer requests such as inquiries, orders, service requirements, and complaints. You will share information to service standard customer queries. You will provide product/service related information to respond to customer inquiries. You will perform generally repetitive routine tasks such as data gathering, entering, and validation. You will adhere to standard day-to-day customer service procedures and processes.

  Skills: CRM, Operations Management, Quality Control, Budgets, Requirements Analysis, Customer Satisfaction, NPA, Call Centers, Complaints, Sales And Marketing, Account Management, E-Commerce, Persuasion, Adaptability, Effective Listening, DHL Business Knowledge, Business Processes, Stakeholder Management, Feedback. Education Level: Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification. Experience Level: less than 2 years.
