Customer Service System SME - Seed

Come join our team in the role of Customer Service System SME - Seed!

The System and Work Process SME provides expert-level SAP system and business process support for teams executing order management across North America Customer Service. This role requires advanced knowledge of SAP and order management workflows, with a strong focus on issue resolution, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary resource for SAP system and work process expertise within the order management function.Identify and recommend system or process changes based on evolving customer or business needs.Lead or contribute to system configuration changes to ensure alignment with operational requirements.Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.Partner with Customer Service leaders to ensure teams are trained and proficient in SAP and related business processes.Act as focal point to lead or participate in system upgrades and enhancements, providing expertise in testing, training and implementation.Establish and share best practices across teams to drive consistency and efficiency.Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying system knowledge and process insights.

What You'll Need:

Proven experience with SAP in a customer service or order management environment.Strong understanding of end-to-end order management processes.Demonstrated ability to lead testing and implementation of system changes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communicator with the ability to train and influence cross-functional teams.Experience in leading or supporting system upgrades and process improvement projects.Must have experience using Microsoft ApplicationsExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to be versatile and flexible with team members, business partners and customers, while effectively influencing others and managing outcomes.The ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customer and company requirements while acting in a professional manner.
