CAE Client Services Representative - Office Administrator

This is a part-time role with potential for growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

The Client Services Representative - Office Administrator (CSR) is responsible for handling an array of duties. The CSR will be the main point of contact for any/all client facing service requests. Their focus will be to interact with customers in person, over the phone and via email.  They must maintain a high level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail and process-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers. This position will have a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction through leveraging internal relationships to help achieve client retention.

Greet clients at check in to the training centerExperienced in providing seamless support to C-level executivesContacts clients for pre-training introductionMaintain appropriate professional appearanceAssists with troubleshooting and provides necessary training materialsDelivers hospitality items and check in badges with schedules to local hotelsEnsure classrooms are properly set up and materials are availableOrder and create purchase requisition for various Center needsOrganize and maintain the inventory of classroom materials i.e. books/folders/pamphlets/etc.Provides executive level support during their training eventOrganize meetings and ensure they are coordinated, placed on Outlook calendars, etc.Will become a Notary Public and adhere to the rules associatedExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredFacilitate and create FedEx shipping labels for shipments and deliveriesMeticulous attention to detailActs as liaison for the client between various internal departmentsWeekends Required - Training Center is open 24/7, schedule may vary based on business need

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High School graduate or equivalentTwo-year degree highly preferredHotel, concierge, travel or customer service experience preferredComfortable providing support to Clients on Apple products and iOs applications

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS

Able to process sensitive data and correspondence with uncompromised integrity and confidentiality.           Can easily build rapport with clients and stakeholders both in person and in writing.An expert communicator who can listen effectively to find the root cause of issues and communicate in a clear and friendly way to ensure positive results.Always maintains a positive and consummately professional demeanor with ability to instill the trust and engagement of others.Advanced experience and Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, especially Teams, MS Excel and OutlookComputer savvy - Ability to quickly learn the use of various software and database programsResponsive and organized team playerTechnology inclined

WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to pick up 50 lbs. or lessStooping, squatting may be requiredAbility to be on the phone for long periods of timeClimb stairs and step ladders frequentlyMove/work within confined spaces
