Customer Service Support
Job Description Responsible for assisting a partner's external customers and Field Teams. Tasks include handling customer calls, inquiries, and part order processing. Support resolution of customer inquiries regarding parts and service dispatch. Maintain data accurately in SAP and CRM systems. Major Tasks & Responsibilities: • Facilitate resolution of customer/field issues • Use SAP and CRM systems to handle customer/field calls and requests via phone, CRM, email, etc. • Manage customer calls and part order processes • Provide dispatch services and manage Dispatch console for the field • Update Installment Reports We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
