Customer Service Supervisor
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to oversee and enhance our customer service operations in Sterling, Virginia. This role involves fostering strong relationships with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will need experience within the construction, Hvac, electrical, plumbing, pest control, or trade association industries. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications. • Maintain and update customer credit records with precise attention to detail. • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. • Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary. • Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through phone calls and emails. • Send out notifications about delinquent payments via email, voicemail, and mail. • Update customer accounts and perform data entry tasks. • Adapt to different situations, showcasing flexibility and a positive attitude. • Work collaboratively within the team in a high-paced call center environment. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks and maintain computer literacy. Requirements + Minimum of 3-4 years of strong customer service experience + Preference someone that has worked within the construction, hvac, electrical, plumbing, pest control, or trade association industries + Strong communication skills + Great working in a fast-paced environment + Prior experience supervising employees + Exceptional MS office suite experience + Prior experience working in a CRM system + Handles heavy phone calls and emails + Scheduling meetings + Handling online leads + Working with vendors + Handling billing issues This is a contract to permanent position.
