As a Customer Service Superintendent on our team, you’ll maintain accurate Customer Orders to maximize On Time Delivery Performance.

In your daily job you will:

Guarantor of a safe workplace (1.3.4.11.2.7 EOS Policy Manual), Compliance with ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50001 standards when applicableCompliance with the procedures and requirements of the standards IATF16949, according to the jobResponsibilities: Assist Sales Dept. for smooth product launch and build out.Back-up representatives and temporaries/ Data Entry accuracy essentialProblem solvingGenerate reports/ analysis as necessary to secure on-time delivery performance.                    Taking correct decisions secures customers' on-time delivery."

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Commerce, or related field.Proficiency in English level5+ years of experience in a similar positionProficiency in English levelExcellent Communication skills   Knowledge of Office, Proficient in Excel, and Accuracy of data input are mandatorySAP knowledgeData managementStructured workerLeadershipExperience in the automotive industry (preferred)
