Customer Service Specialist with German

As Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for our Automotive clients, you will manage Self-billing activities including EDI and manual self-billing connections to ensure that are processed on time, in consistent way and troubleshoot possible issues with Customers.

You will be the key link between the Customer, PPG Customer Service Team, Credit organization and SBU Finance.

You will manage all related elements to self-billing processes including technical errors and issue resolution.

In addition to main duties you will also support Customer Master Data, Cash Application team, Credit management, audits and other administrative/supporting activities as required.

Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years working for finance or customer service teamsStrong communication skillsStrong responsibility and organizational skillsFluent English and German (B2 level min.)Must be quick learner with new IT Tools including ERP`s (Oracle R12 preference, Navision is advantage and MS Office tools essential)Autonomy and team work approach is appreciatedExperience in a complex matrix and international organization
