Join our dynamic team as you answer and resolve urgent after-hours Customer Care calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays, making a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with the necessary requirement of a high-speed internet connection (non-satellite). We prefer candidates with a college degree, but we will also consider those with 5 – 7 years of equivalent supervisory experience in a Call Center environment.
