We are seeking a skilled and personable Customer Service Specialist with a strong preference for an individual with an HR background. This role requires a customer-focused professional adept at resolving inquiries, assisting clients, and ensuring satisfaction while aligning processes with HR-related tasks when applicable. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will interact with clients and employees, proactively address concerns, and serve as a vital resource for facilitating smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
