Customer Service Specialist
**Main Responsibilities:*** 1. Verify product acceptance after receiving orders from direct and distributor accounts. 2. Prepare shipment based on availability products and outstanding orders. 3. Confirm accuracy of shipping document and invoice contents. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely fashion. 5. Work closely with field sales force to respond to customer request. 6. All activities must strictly adhere to Abbott Code of Business Conduct. **Skills & Experience Required:*** 1. College or above graduated. 2. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in customer support, logistic management, distribution, or related field.
