Tasks and responsibilities:
- Installation of computer systems.
- Maintenance and update to users of the property. Requirement of colleagues.
- Maintenance and monitoring of office equipment including printers, scanners and more.
- Software training, systems and methods to users.
Documentation all knowledge and management affairs.
- Identify software defects in the network and solve technical problems by telephone, remote or reserve. Server Room Environmental Sensor and Other Related (Delegated by User Support Experts by Data Center Management Team).

Competencies and Conditions:
- at least 2 years of work experience
- fluent in support of users
- Familiarity with Tiking System
