**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**
**In this role you will be responsible for:**
+ _Order process via EDI/manually in SAP_
+ _Stock availability review and allocation_
+ _Escalation of approvals needed, price differences, material not on hand to the correct teams to solve issues to prevent FR% hits in the fulfillment of the orders_
+ _Price validation for all the orders to maintain 100% Invoice Accuracy_
+ _Ensure the credit hold release of the orders from Finance Team_
+ _Delivery creation and transmission to Logistics Team_
+ _Complete follow up of the OTC process_
+ _Providing support to Finance Team for Credits and Debits orders_
+ _Following up on incidents (rejections, returns, etc.) with the various areas involved implementing future solutions._
+ _Monitoring KPIs and generating strategies for continuous improvement and automation of processes._
+ _Building strong relationships with the Commercial, Logistics and Finance team to align and provide the best experience to our customers_
+ _Master data activities for extension and/or re-activation of new codes to the correct Sales Org, Plant and SLoc_
+ _QS3 testing processes/orders_
+ _Execute reports for fill rate %, deliveries, sell in volumes, open orders, etc for daily activities (KPIs)_
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We’d love to see candidates who have:
**_Essential:_**
+ _Undergraduate degree (MBA is a plus)_
+ _Can do attitude_
**_Desirable:_**
+ _At least 6 years in Customer Support AND/OR as a Customer Service Representative_
+ _SAP experience_
+ _Customer satisfaction driven_
+ _KPIs experience: FR, On time, OTIF, etc_
+ _Focus on finding final solutions for stoppers_
+ _Excellent communication and presentation skills_
+ _Effective time management and prioritization of activities_
**_Advanced skills in Excel_**
