What You Can Expect
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Customer Service Specialist provides front line support for all Zimmer Biomet Canada field offices and direct support to customer accounts in Eastern Canada. In addition, the Customer Service Specialist assists other functional divisions as required to facilitate the order to cash process at Zimmer Biomet Canada.
Candidates are required to reside in the Greater Toronto area or willing to relocate for the position as there will be travel to the office in Mississauga on an as needed basis.
How You'll Create Impact Process and maintenance of all orders, ensure end-to-end customer operations from replenishment to delivery.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution and process of sales orders.Resolve issues related to billings and deliveries from regional sales offices and customersRespond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, service and process.Process credit card payments.Handle customer returns.Creation and Maintenance of relevant attributes of customer master.Run queries and reports to support KPI and operation reports.What Makes You Stand Out Understanding of supply chain and business processes.Previous SAP experience is preferred.Experience with Excel and proficiency in MS office apps preferred.Experience with EDI order processing preferred.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Sense of urgency, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Your Background Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, management or other relevant fields required with 3+ year customer service or related experience preferred.Ability to read in French preferred. Travel Expectations20% travel to the office in Mississauga on an as needed basis.
Expected Compensation Range$45,860 - $57,325 CAD annual salary
